Spice Thai Open on Castle Street

Popular independent street food venue Spice Thai has  opened a brand new venue on Liverpool’s Castle Street.

If you’re a fan of Thai cuisine, chances are you’ve paid a visit to Spice Thai’s previous restaurant on Fleet Street. With an interior resembling an authentic street food market stall in Bangkok, this is an immersive experience into the culture and cuisine of Thailand.

The brand has grown in popularity over recent years, opening a second site in the Baltic Market almost three years ago.

Now, Liverpool’s most popular Thai is set to open in a new venue on bustling Castle Street, taking the place of the former Heritage Restaurant in one of Liverpool’s most popular destinations for diners.

Fans of the brand have already been been told to “prepare their tastebuds” as Spice Thai are known for their fresh ingredients with exotic herbs and vegetables sent directly from Thailand. Signature dishes cover all bases and include stir-fries and currys, not forgetting the pad kee mao ‘drunken’ noodles which are traditionally eaten after a big night out prevent the inevitable hangover.

The venue will also serve a range of beers, wines, and cocktails as well as Thai ‘Pink Milk’ and a range of traditional hot and cold teas.
