Juice bar chain Joe & The Juice has opened its second site at Liverpool ONE.
Having already had a concession at John Lewis in the city, Joe & the Juice agreed a deal with Liverpool ONE owner Grosvenor to launch in Paradise Street, taking the unit formerly occupied by Utility.
The contemporary juice and coffee chain that has taken the world by storm, infusing a vibrant and energetic spirit into the realm of cafe culture. Founded in 2002 by Kaspar Basse in Copenhagen, Denmark, the company began as a small juice bar with a focus on high-quality, fresh ingredients and an innovative approach to blending flavors.
The name “Joe” represents the coffee aspect of the business, while “The Juice” embodies its commitment to serving fresh, health-conscious beverages. Joe & The Juice quickly gained popularity in its home country and expanded internationally, with locations in major cities across Europe, the United States, Asia, and beyond.
The new 1,800 square-foot unit joins more than 350 locations worldwide, where Joe & The Juice offer their trademark health-centred menu including freshly prepared Juices, Acai Bowls, Power Shakes, and Avocado Sandwiches.
One of the key factors behind the brand’s success has been its unique and edgy atmosphere. The cafes are known for their stylish, industrial-inspired decor, upbeat music, and friendly, tattooed baristas who create an inviting and social ambiance. This ambiance, combined with a menu featuring a variety of freshly pressed juices, gourmet sandwiches, and delicious coffee concoctions, has made Joe & The Juice a go-to destination for both locals and tourists alike.
