Premium dessert and gourmet burger concept Haute Dolci has opened its 20th UK site on Bold Street in Liverpool and is now serving up exclusive, handcrafted brunch and desserts created by master artisans using only the finest ingredients.
The business, launched by Heavenly Desserts founder Nizam Mohamed in 2017, has opened in the former Waterstones unit at 14-16 Bold Street. Mohamed sold the rights to the Heavenly Desserts brand in 2021 to focus on the expansion of his Haute Dolci and IceBurg concepts.

The concept combines an innovative menu with a high-end setting bringing true luxury to the fast-growing dessert market. Haute Dolci’s dessert connoisseurs are dedicated to providing exceptional culinary delights and unforgettable experiences with a menu including luxurious candyfloss topped Milkshakes, fruity Granola Bowls, decadent French Toast, and traditional Milk Cakes.

Earlier this year, the company opened its first overseas site, at the Defence Raya Golf Resort in Lahore, Pakistan, and is planning to follow that with a Middle East launch in Kuwait.
