Now open Thursday to Sunday, Dalmatia on Gradwell Street combines premium charcuterie boards, carefully selected wines and a lively bottomless brunch, offering something distinctly different for Liverpool diners.
Dalmatia is founded by a local independent couple whose story is woven into the concept. She is a Croatian native with a passion for sharing her heritage through food and hospitality, while he is UK-born and committed to helping bring that vision to life. The pair met in Dubrovnik, and Dalmatia draws direct inspiration from the coastal culture of Croatia, where sharing plates, long brunches and great wine are at the heart of social life.
With its Croatian influence at the forefront, Dalmatia’s bottomless brunch is designed for groups looking to celebrate in style, while evenings offer a more relaxed, romantic atmosphere centred around quality produce and wine.
