In just the first 12 weeks, Indian Tiffin Room sold over 2,300 of their signature Dosas—a South Indian pancake-style dish made from rice, lentils, or semolina, traditionally eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The Butter Chicken, featuring chicken tikka in a tangy tomato-based sauce, has emerged as the most popular dish on the menu, while the chicken lollipop tops the list of small plates.
The menu also boasts a wide selection of signature and bespoke cocktails. Among the non-alcoholic options, the Nimbu Lychee has become a favourite, while the Indian Summer Passion leads the signature cocktail list.
