Much to our delight, this year’s NRB and Lunch! events featured a more extensive array of food exhibitors compared to previous years, highlighting the industry’s growth and diversification. A significant and positive development was the increased focus on independent brands – a shift which not only highlights the industry’s support for entrepreneurial ventures but also offers consumers a diverse range of unique and high-quality products.
