Renowned Liverpool venue Carlisi on Dale Street rekindles its love for jazz with the return of Thursday jazz nights featuring The Alchemy Trio.
The group – comprising of Barry Dallman on piano, Colin George Lamont on drums, and Adam Lewis on bass – has been thrilling audiences across the city for the last two years and are known for emotive, entertaining, high-energy performances which seamlessly blend traditional and contemporary jazz influences.
They pride themselves on being able to appeal equally to jazz enthusiasts and people completely new to the music.
Pianist Barry Dallman said: “Sometimes people think Jazz is complicated or hard to listen to, but after almost every gig, somebody will come up to us and say ‘Wow! I didn’t think I liked jazz, but I loved that!’
We’re delighted to be back at Carlisi and have had some amazing nights in this venue. We’re looking forward to entertaining customers old and new and can’t wait to get started.”
Carlisi provides an intimate setting for a jazz night, allowing guests to get up close and personal and creating the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable musical experience. The venue’s menu complements the night perfectly, featuring a range of delectable Italian street food, cheese and meat boards and a well-curated selection of cocktails.
Whether you’re a die-hard jazzer or checking out the Alchemy Trio for the first time – you’re in for a fantastic evening.
