Liverpool Mexican cuisine concept Listo Burrito are set to open its second site in the city after announcing they will become the Baltic Market’s newest trader. The latest small independent business to join the established market which is already home to Spice Thai, Polpetta, La Bistroteca, The Midnight Delivery, Hafla Hafla, Pattersons, Little Furnace, and Press Bros.
Owner Roger Taylor opened the first Liverpool Listo site in Dale Street in 2017, offering made-to-order burritos and rice boxes at lunchtime on weekdays. Formerly known as Changos Burrito Bar, the menu also includes a range of bottled sauces which are available to purchase retail from sites.
This latest opening brings the Listo estate to three in total, including their long established store on Oxford Road in Manchester. The site is due to open on Wednesday 22nd November and will serve up a new menu featuring potato pops and nachos with a variety of toppings.
