MerseyMade – the unique creative hub that is the home of over 100 artists & makers – will be celebrating their 4th birthday this week and are inviting their supporters to join them for a tour of their newly reconfigured site in Liverpool on November 9th.
Founder Vicky Gawith said:
“We are so excited about all the things we have achieved over the past 4 years and what lies ahead! We have truly outgrown the toddler phase and with our new upstairs layout we are happy to be able to support an increasing number of makers.”
MerseyMade’s Scribble Café also stocks a wide range of products from local bakers as well as coffee from local roasters.
“In our eyes, artistry doesn’t stop at drawing and painting; Our artisanal bakers and local coffee roasters are wonderful artists too. The craftmanship, time, and dedication that goes into baking the most delicious vegan cakes, roasting the perfect coffee beans, or growing the freshest ingredients needs to be recognised!”
MerseyMade was founded out of the need for a permanent outlet for local makers & artists to showcase their work in Liverpool City Centre. Their retail space supports local crafts, creatives, and producers including Fermentation Station and Glen Affric Brewery. They have since expanded with popups in Liverpool ONE and a second permanent site in West Kirkby.
Join MerseyMade in celebrating their 4th Birthday at their pAradise Street store from 5pm – 8pm on Thursday November 9th.
