The Restaurant & Takeaway Innovation Expo takes place in London this week, and local business leaders will also be taking the stage.
The Restaurant & Takeaway Expo is an annual event, uniting industry professionals who will share the latest from the restaurant and takeaway sector, as well as industry leaders who will give their take on what’s going to be changing for the better in 2024.
The Expo is brimming with new and exciting opportunities for businesses of all sizes, with over 1000 exhibitors from global chains. Speaking about the importance of speaker and panels during the show, a representative said:

Gareth Evans, founder of Evans & Co Hospitality Accountants will be hosting the Panel Talk on ‘Turning Insights into Action Through Workforce Management’ on Tuesday 10th. Evans & Co will also be exhibiting on both days of the show, with a stand at London’s Excel.
A former chef, Gareth founded Evans & Co in 2020 after finding his passion in the details of food & kitchen costs. He now supports over 60 hospitality businesses across the UK with their finance functions.

Liverpool Food Network founder Louise Kissack will also host a panel on Tuesday to discuss ‘The Significance of Street Food Culture with speakers from Billy Chip and Flogas.
