Tucked away under Liu Shi on Hope Street you’ll find Liverpool’s newest bar – The Fuzzy Duck – serving up a variety of Asian-inspired snacks, small plates, banquets, and more.
Cozy and intimate, the bar occupies the space directly under Liu Shi, and is accessible either through the restaurant or from a separate staircase from the street.
The name doesn’t disappoint as there’s duck on the menu in a variety of forms, from the traditional Duck & Pancakes (also served as a vegan option) to the more adventurous Duck Cottage Pie, and even a Duck Burger.
You can also treat yourself to a fuzzy feast, with both meat-based and Vegan banquets on offer from just £34.00 per head.
The highlight of our visit was the Prawn Toast, with each round packed so full of minced prawn and spring onion they were practically spherical.
There’s a variety of local beers on offer, 2 for £14 cocktails during happy hour too, and a wine list to suit all budgets with bottles starting at £24.Get up to Hope Street and get a little bit fuzzy this weekend!
