This Veganuary, Birkenhead based Forked Up Vegan are on a mission to prove that vegan food is anything but boring and bland!
To celebrate they’re offering 50% off five of their most popular dishes for the whole of January including:

Founder Carleigh Bond is keen for more non-vegans to try Forked Up after discovering that more than half of her existing customers don’t actually follow a vegan diet.
“We’ve found that most of our customers aren’t actually vegan – although our food is made from plants, it’s absolutely delicious, and packed with an explosion of Asian flavours and textures to satisfy any meaty cravings.”
Carleigh is also keen for her menu to be inclusive for those with allergies and intolerances.
“We have a gluten-free menu, and all GF dishes are prepared separately from our main menu to ensure that there’s no possibility of contamination. We want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy our ‘heavy vegan scran’ which fits in with their own dietary restrictions.”
To qualify for the 50% discount orders have to be placed on the website – www.forked-up.co.uk – where you can also opt to collect or have your food delivered.
Forked Up utilise special heated delivery bags and work with their own drivers which means that they can confidently cover the whole of the Wirral with hot, fresh deliveries which are also served in compostable, eco-friendly packaging.
