A new brunch and cocktail spot launched this week on Bold Street, and customers are already calling it “the best brunch in Liverpool”.
Boasting a delicious range of breakfast and brunch classics including Pancake Stacks and French Toast with homemade lemon curd for those with a sweet tooth, through to Shakshuka and a Full English for those who like it savoury. The stunning interior is also worthy of a picture or two for the ‘gram.
Co-founder Lauren Wright said “We’re delighted with the reception we’ve had here on Bold Street. Our customers can also look forward to our bottomless brunches, and we hope to have an afternoon tea on the menu by the end of September.
Bamboo is the first collaboration between the founders of two well-known Liverpool businesses – The Midnight Delivery and Picnic – and brings the best of both worlds to one of the city’s most vibrant streets.
But it’s not all about brunch, and as evening comes, Bamboo switches from food to drinks, becoming a sophisticated cocktail bar with live music and jazz nights across the weekend.
Co-owner of Bamboo Lloyd King is thrilled with the early response from customers. He told the Liverpool Echo: “It’s been fantastic. The best way we could’ve judged the response is with the repeat customers we’re already seeing up until now. They’re coming back and it’s just amazing.”
