B 4 Biodiversity Welcomes Jen Graham to the Team

Local business B 4 Biodiversity design and build bespoke healthy, productive and environmentally sensitive landscapes beneficial to people, nature and everything else inbetween. Their aim is to raise the awareness of urban biodiversity through educational, practical and creative projects.

This week founder Andrea Ku announced that Jen Graham will join the growing team.

“We are pleased to welcome Jen into the fold of B 4 Biodiversity. Jen will be supporting the roll out of our bees, boats and balm making projects starting this month. We will be developing the Liverpool Bee balm and honey cosmetic range where Jen will be taking more of a leading role to free up my role to further grow the business.”

If Jen seems a familiar face, you may recognise her from running The Hope Community Garden where she has been since 2019, growing food and flowers with volunteers from the local community. And it seems as though Jen will be thrown in at the deep end – quite literally!

“Not only will Jen be undergoing the PaddleSport Leader training with The Canal and Rivers Trust to support on canoe club sessions but will also lead on the community food growing and beekeeping at Ford Lane Community Garden in spring 2024. Look out for us on market days in the city, paddling along the canal or beekeeping at an apiary near you!”

B 4 Biodiversity work with communities, schools and groups, creating social economic sustainability through working with fellow social enterprises and local businesses. Jen is keen to continue supporting her local community in this new role.

“B 4 Biodiversity shares my values as a nature lover and horticulturist so it’s a real privilege to be joining the team. I’m excited to be getting involved in all these engaging and creative projects and working with communities across the city.”
